We graded the front, pulled dirt from the swale edge, installed 4 pallets of Bahia, added a rip rap border along the left side of the driveway, and set retaining blocks along the right side on a compacted base. We set fresh weed mat across 817 sq ft of beds, installed 7.5 cu yd of 3/4" brown river rock, rerouted two downspout drainages to pop-up emitters, planted red sisters, croton petra, lantana, milkweed, junipers, and more, then laid 1 pallet of St. Augustine in the sod zones. Total job: $12,096.
